Mr. Higgins has been involved in over one thousand engagements in determining, verifying and analyzing factual matters by the examination of accounting, operating and financial records, and the interpretation and communication of financial facts involving the evaluation and quantification of economic damages, including loss of profits, property damage, stock and contents, and fidelity losses.


Representative engagement experience:

  • Involved in cases evaluating financial conditions of individuals and corporations in determination of a potential motive for fraud and arson.

  • Involved in determination of losses under regulations imposed by the UNITED NATIONS Compensation Commission, Geneva Switzerland, related to the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait.

  • Involved in the measurement of damages attributable to potential environmental contamination.
